Excellent stay if youre white!

The room was nice.

The staff- I was the victim of racist harassment twice and the manager said I can not take sides and even threatened to call the police for recording the harassment.

That the staff was nice, and any needs where quickly addressed and then care of. I also like the valet service even though it was a bit pricey!

That the windows where not clean on the outside so that the view would have been better!

Friendly staff, especially breakfast lady, did not catch her name unfortunately. Very clean room, linen, towels etc always replenished every day

Breakfast could have been better with more choices of hot dishes and pastries. Stayed for a week so it was a bit repetetive.

The location is great, the price is reasonable and the quality and variety of the breakfast is excellent.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I really liked the first one, but this time it wasn't pleasant at all. The rooms have a king size bed and a sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was so thin that we felt the springs in our backs, we couldn't sleep AT ALL both nights, in addition to muscle pain the next day, tiredness and bad mood. The hotel had many guests with animals, and we saw dog feces and pee in the elevators both days. Of course we have nothing against animals, but it was not pleasant to see poop and smell bad smells in the elevators. The queues for breakfast were more than 30 people long, it took us approximately 25 minutes to have breakfast and when we did, everything was already empty and we had to wait for it to be refilled. I will think very carefully before returning to this hotel again

Nice room, decent location

The room was clean, gym having Peloton bikes was a nice bonus, and breakfast was decent

Our room had some sort of air filter in it at check in, the room being a nice corner view and we called to have it removed but instead they had us come all the way back down with our stuff to check us into a different room.. the second room was not as nice of a view.
