Very good

Overall, it was comfortable and the service was good.

The toilet tank had a leak which resulted in the slight sound of dripping and then, just on the cusp of falling asleep, the tank would refill. The sound occurred approximately every 30 minutes. The cleaning supplies used to clean the kitchen floor made it sticky.

Passable

I didn't like that I was overcharged for my room. I saw the charge on my bank statement and I honestly thought the charge was for a deposit until we checked out and I saw the receipt. I've stayed at Homewood Suites before and I have always been charged a deposit. I was charged a cheaper rate with Booking.com. I was charged the original price at the hotel. I will update my rating after I receive my refund.

Disappointing

Hotel was close to the airport but for the cost the hotel was in horrible shape.

I didn't eat breakfast because I got up before breakfast was served. The hotel room and hall way were dirty along with the elevatrors carpet was very filthy and disgusting. I assumed paying over $200.00 a night the hotel would have been cleaner.

I liked how close the hotel was to the airport.

Superb

The happenings that I mentioned was a little bit odd but other than that I satisfied with staying your place. My kids we

Clean and comfortable with good complimentary breakfast. I was a little bit disappointed with complimentary dinner though. It was too simple.

There was one one shampoo set for 4 people for 2 night stay and 4-5 towel sets. When I asked more towels, one of the cleaners said I have to bring them dirty ones to get new ones. I asked extra pillows ( for sofa bed) and pans ( pan was missing), they brought them through room service which was a little bit strange. I was interrupted by them many times because of that delivery and cleaners who was asking about our checking time. I already informed them I was going to leave at 12:30 but two people were knocking door to ask us and one phone call from the desk to ask us the same questions. They were hard workers and seemed to take care of facilities very well but they need to communicate each other better.
