Exceptional

It was a very good stay.

The breakfast was good.

I stayed in a handicap room which was nice but I had to use steps to get in. Also there was a tub instead of a shower which was very hard for me.

Decent stay

I like that it has kitchen to cook whatever you wanted. Also, the breakfast is nice and we have different choices everyday.

We had hard time flushing the toilet..you have to flush it more than a couple of times in order to really flush it. Also, the freezer is not cold enough that our cream melted. We informed the front desk and the maintenance came the next day. It was never fixed.

Disappointing

We had a good time in St Pete, the hotel could've been better - needs upkeep - Staff friendly.

I liked the location.

The breakfast poorly displayed - didn't look appetizing at all- we ate Panera which happens to be next door. the carpeting looks old and run down - carpet was patched down with duct tape in the middle of the room(picture attached).
