The location and value for money. It is very near the MTR TST station - just 2 blocks away. It's also very near some tourist ttractions, walking distance to Victoria Harbor, Avenue of Stars, Legoland, Cultural Center, Museum, hotels and Star Ferry terminal. Just merely walking along the Nathan Road and accross the streets is quite an experience. The room was provided with a table with drawer, wall hooks and hangers, mini ref, hair dryer, water kettle with a T&B with water heater. Don't expect a bidet, it is not a thing in HK. Toiletries are also provided - toothbrush, liquid soap and shampoo, tissue rolls. The AC, which may look old already surprisingly works fine - cold and quiet. The room is pretty small and space is very limited,but you can put the luggages and extra stuff under the bed. Thrash bins are also provided and were emptied everyday. Towels were also provided and were replaced everyday. The room was also kept clean everyday which is a plus factor. The wifi is fast and good, but may be unstable at times, but bearable. There is a common kitchen which needs to be improved where you can use the microwave and borrow cuttleries. There is a water dispenser which is a thumbs up. The lady was kind enough to accomodate us for late check-in - ~1AM and was considerate enough to allow us to pay the deposit for the key use of HKD100 the following day. She is also accomodating and very pleasant. The place was very quiet too and sound proof. You only can hear minimal noises from the adjacent rooms. Over-all you can the good value of the money you paid for. Clean and decent accomodation need not be too expensive. After all, if you are booking for a vacation only, you will just need the room to rest and sleep. It serves the purpose without sacrificing and compromising comfort and convenience.
