Breakfast ok, location is perfect with lots of useful shops and stores and restaurants and beach, staff is nice, room is spacious.

We have been to this hotel before a couple times now. But on our recent stay there, the facility was not as good as we remember and seemed to have maintenance issues. For example there was mold in the shower, my door had problems closing properly and locking so you need to slam it shut and always double check, also my daughter's room ceiling was leaking.

Great staff, great location, great stay.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were so friendly and would go above and beyond to help - shout out to Agung and Moh who made our stay even better. The location of this hotel was perfect. The pool was also the best pool we had in Bali (temperature and size wise).

I loved the breakfast food was very nice and good selection. The location was good next to all the shops.

Not enough parking spaces the security always had to park our car for us, so we had to leave the key. The room wasn't the best very small.

Nothing!! I had to pay even though we had to change room twice during nightime. In the end, i slept 4 hours on the bathroom floor. Horrible!!! We had to cancel our trip to Nusa Penida day after because of this. Didnt get refund. Lost a ot of time, sleep and money during our holliday because of this hotel!
