Lovely staff, comfy bed, great location
Staff were lovely, great pub, very comfortable bed, right in the middle of town.
Bit noisy on the street at night, so not great if you want a quiet stay or you're a light sleeper.

    Very good
Great location, helpful, good size room. Stairs so pack fewer bags than me. Enjoyed my stay.
Very close to the high street & B's museum was just seconds away. As was the river- great views, fish & chips & number of pubs or ice cream. In a good area to meander round. Even though it's central & above a pub wasn't too nosey.
I had only thought there were one flight of stairs. Having to get up & down more was a big problem for me, they were very helpful both when I arrived & on leaving. I would have liked possible breakfast & couldn't find Pub opening times on this sight.///

    Good
    Overall a good stay
The bed was very comfortable. The location was great. The interior design was well thought out. Size of room was very good Overall a good stay.
Arrived to staff saying we had only booked 2 rooms but had booked 3 so immediately was feeling at stress. (This did get resolved) Shower temperature too hot and dial wouldn't work to turn down. Couldn't open windows as was hot in the room. Dial end feel off the shower. No staff to ask to fix the problems in the morning or a number to call. I think if there was just a number I think these minor problems could have been addressed.

    Poor
Great position, lovely rooms unfortunately the Manager has a couldn't care less attitude to customer
Ideal for anyone who wants to stay within Bewdley itself as very near to all amenities and shops etc. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Lady who showed us to our room very pleasant and helpful as was the cleaner.
On our first night there was loud music playing in the bar underneath bedroom which was on until 11 pm. Didn't mind this, as quite a reasonable time to stop seeing as we had had a 2 hour journey and then spent time with family most of the afternoon and evening so just wanted to get some sleep. However, on the second night the loud music was still playing gone midnight so my husband went to complain and was told "If you stay in a pub then you should expect music" Husband asked what time the music licence finished and told midnight (it was then 12.10 am and we don't think they would have turned the music off if we had not complained). Told Manager that if we had known before booking that there was to be loud music then we could have had the choice of staying or not staying. No apology given. Will not stay here again.
