    The hotel is well located in the old town centre. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious.
    Due to the location, it can be a little noisy at night and early in the morning.

    hotel in the very center, very convenient location, delicious and varied breakfast. good cosmetics in the room and a comfortable bed. friendly staff. The reception recommended a very tasty restaurant for dinner.
    We had a strange room, the windows of which faced the wall. The ceilings in the room were very low and this created an uncomfortable feeling.

    Central hotel with cold room.
    Very central, in the middle of the old town close to all of the "must see" buildings but the nearest car park is around 300 m walk so it is better to arrive without car.
    The room was so cold that not only our clothes but also the bed was wet and even if the staff was helpful the were not able to make a "bit warmer" so we opened the window because the weather was very fine outside.

    I would stay here time after time when visiting Toledo
    The location cant be beat! All staff members were extremely nice & helpful. The room was one of the best we stayed in so far on our trip & the attached restaurant/bar was excellent!

    Very goos, except for the noise coming from inside (in the morning) and outside during the night.
    Beautiful and well located.
    Too much noise coming from inside and from the street. Probably there is no sound proof walls and windows.

    Wonderful little hotel with warm and welcoming staff - I would definitely stay here next time I am in Toledo.
    The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk let us check in early, allowed us to store our luggage after checkout and gave us wonderful tips for visiting the city and especially for top notch restaurants that we wouldnt have found on our own. I loved the spaciousness, having ample closet space and a good-sized modern bathroom with all the amenities we needed.

    The hotel does not have air conditioning, despite the fact that the booking says that it is. They brought us a fan, but it was still insanely hot. We were told that the room is cooled through the floor, but the floor in the room was warm, but in the bathroom it was ice cold and it was terrible. The pillows are not comfortable, and for breakfast they forgot to bring us scrambled eggs. We moved to another hotel, but the money for the remaining night has not been returned to us yet.
