    Strange vibe. Definitely not 5*, nothing luxury. Strange refurb, old product (bathrooms, closets), mediocre service (unfriendly, disastrous turndown). Not worth the money.

    Wonderful hotel, very pleasant delicious breakfast and excellent service by Carmina and team. Will be returning soon.
    Exquisite and historic building. Very clean and well-designed.
    Spa is too small. Should limit it to 4 people access at a time.

    Beautiful hotel, gardens, baths and ruins.
    Very expensive if not the 1%. Spa quality was fairly normal.

    A fabulous, historical hotel in a beautiful courtyard setting.
    A wonderfully well appointed room in this attractive, historic building. The room was a very good size with large bathroom. As well as tea, coffee and water in the room there was a welcoming piece of delicious chocolate cake on arrival. The staff were attentive and friendly and I was given a tour and history of the building. In the dining room is a glass floor from where you can see Roman ruins that were discovered on site. I loved the courtyard area. Breakfast selection was excellent.
