Staff friendly and helpful. Location great, just around the corner from the Metro, and a great selection of bars and restaurants close by. Cleanliness outstanding.

Very safe and welcoming staff and a basic room

The staff security is made my stay feel very safe. The staff were brilliant welcoming me and developing a good rapport. The room itself is basic. I would recommend maybe one or two nights maximum if you're on a budget.

Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the room. I quickly informed a member of staff and they immediately solved the issues as soon as possible. These things can't be helped, but that's no fault of the hostal. Any issues I raised up, they did their utmost to solve it. Safety is their number one priority and that earned my respect.

Very good

Very nice, if fairly simple hostel. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. A very adequate continental breakfast was included. My only difficulty was that I never found out how to properly use the air conditioning in the room. There were instructions in several languages but I couldn't find the English ones. On the one occasion when I left the bedroom window open at night a mosquito got in, but on a couple of other nights the bedroom got quite hot.

Best ** hotel i have seen.

Great location close to Placa Espana. The neighborhood is nice and lively, with plenty of shops and cafes. Street is quiet and had a good sleep, rooms are not big but are clean and with A/C for heating/cooling. Simple breakfast, friendly/helpful staff. Overall, good value for money, excellent budget option.
