Great location and cozy stay with everything at walkable distance

Great location , most of the places were walkable and very cozy boutique place. Had a terrace which was great and we had access to it till 11 pm.

Rooms were little stuffy and small and balcony was not clean at best; Quite an old building with very old lifts.

Barcelona was amazing, next time Ill stay somewhere else.

The room had a little balcony. The property offered drinks cereal fruit and snacks. The receptionist was accommodating.

The room was very small smelled like feces. It looked nothing like te pictures. The bathroom was tiny like a small RV bathroom. The shower was uncomfortable to shower in.

The welcome from both the guys on reception was brilliant. Couldn't do enough to help & explain all. Brilliant Even apologised if there was noise from the builders, wasn't a problem for us as out all day.

The noise from outside, understand we are on a main junction, but perhaps better french doors to the balcony. The bathroom ingeneral was OK, although the shower screen didn't join when closing.

Location. Coffee and tea facilities for guests.

Issues with the shower not working (shower arm/head not attached)and had to be repaired. Cold shower on first night, water issues fixed on second night.

Lovely hidden gem

The courtyard is lovely and we really liked the balcony the coffee and tea area is great and convenient to use. Lovely views from the balcony and its such a gorgeous old building

Don't forget to shut the door to the elevator or it won't go back down to your hubby with the suitcases - oops.

Our stay was excellent, and we highly recommend giving this place place a go

We really enjoyed the views from the terrace and from our own personal balcony. The view looked straight out onto the street which showed just how happening everything was! The property was located in a very accessible location as it was a short walking distance from the shopping strip and multiple bus stops. The property had great security measures that ensured the safety of the guests. The kitchen also holds a variety of drinks such as teas, coffees, orange juice and hot chocolate as well as a fridge microwave and kettle which are all useful amenities to have.

comfortable and convenient

Walking distance to many attractions such as Sagrada Famlia and Gothic Quarter, lots of restaurants and cafes. The owner was very helpful- even carry our bags upstairs which was a great help.

The balcony and terrace were a great added bonus- it was lovely relaxing in the evening in the fresh air, the room was a good size.
