In the heart of shopping in Eixample, walking distance to Casa Batllo

Great location. Walking distance to shopping areas, Casa Battlo, Plaza Catalunya, Gracia neighbourhood amongst others. 3 stops via Line 2 to Sagrada Familia. Comfy bed, very clean room as they clean it daily. Warm staff. Pretty staircase and lift.

Beautiful hotel recommended to ladies

Beautiful property with a private botanical garden & astonishingly artistic made of the hotel. Clean & nice environment, very easy access to all city famous places

Sadly I could hear people walking and talking loud right behind the door and being disturbed while trying to sleep. As its a made of the hotel itself probably the owner cant do anything about it. Also Im hoping if the owner happily allowed to use extra amenities and a towel when I asked for it. After all, Ive paid for 2 persons room and what I asked for was not too much.

Totally value for money

The hotel was located in the most perfect location of the city, with easy access to all main attractions. I had booked the twin room with city views and it was a spacious room with plenty of light and air. The two ladies we have met during our stay were both very polite and helpful. It has exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stay in Hotel Oliva again

As it is located very centrally, it is expected to have some noise, but we weren't really bothered by it

The staff are really nice! The room environment is very nice, very quiet and warm. Plus its at great location. The transportation is really convenient.

The way of entrance is not so obvious, but its not a problem.

Perfect stay, best location in Barcelona

Loved it! Excellent location, beautiful house. I booked the smallest room, which was tiny but bright and super clean, with a comfy bed and working desk. The toilet was also spotless and the shower was wonderful (great water pressure and temperature). The hosts are very friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and very central (easy to reach all tourist attractions), metro station almost outside the door, lots of shops and cafes around, big El Corte Ingls supermarket walking distance. All in all, great experience

Minor thing: there are like 7-8 steps at the entrance of the house, before reaching the elevator, which are a pain if youre a small person traveling solo with a big suitcase, like me. But once you reach the elevator, all good.

The hotel's central location between Plaa Catalunya and Passagio de Gracia Metro Station is convenient. The hosts' friendliness and attentiveness left a positive impression. The rooms are very clean with comfortable mattresses.

Key drop and door bell routine when going out. Thin walls allowed for noise from neighbouring rooms.
