Unbeatable location, lovely staff

The location could not have been better. We were able to walk everywhere and there were plenty of buzzing bars/restaurants around. The staff were all very friendly and made the process of handing over and collecting our key very pleasant.

There was no natural light in the room as one window led onto someone's balcony and the other onto a patio and it was made of frosted glass. I understand this is can not be changed but it did make the room very dark so it was not pleasant to spend large amounts of time in there. Also the smell of the sewers would enter the room if the window leading to the patio was left open. The cleaners often left this window open to air out the room however this meant that when we arrived back the room would smell quite bad.
