The staff were extremely courteous and always ready to help and answer questions. They had free coffee available in the lobby which I loved. The location is perfect, just walking distance from Chinatown, Union Square, and the financial district. Well connected by public transport too. We extended our three night stay by one as we were very comfortable.

Lovely Hotel near Union Square

This boutique hotel is in a convenient location not far from Union Square. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet we slept well on the comfortable king bed. The staff are all great! It was nice that we could store our luggage the day we were leaving because we had a meeting to attend. Highly recommend this hotel.
