Disappointing

the employees ruin the hotel especially the reception employees and the pool employee

the location of the hotel was good. you are near the beach

the staff here is very unfriendly. they don't know what hospitality is. The reception takes a long time to check in and if you asked for something you received an angry response. My partner also speaks Spanish and they were gossiping about us. the man from the pool is also very unfriendly and shouts at you like you are a dog. We came to the pool with our own food and drinks, but that was not allowed. it has a bad reputation and the gentleman immediately started attacking us. I have never experienced this unpleasant experience. The hotel is basically good but the employees are really nasty. and they don't know what hostpitality means.

Close to the shops and beach.

On first day we stuck on 8 floor in lift for 15min because electricity gone .Kids got really scared .

We booked extra night and in the morning cleaner was very rude, knocking at the door 9.50 am and showed she is not happy to wait until 10am. Rest of the staff was very good.

Can't understand the negative reviews

We stayed for a week on a bed and breakfast basis. We could not understand the negative reviews as we were very happy with the hotel, staff, location and our breakfast. The facilities were excellent.

Our only negative was that the swimming pool was cold.
