    Very welcoming staff. Comfortable and quiet room. Convenient for the centre of Faro.

    Out from the centre but a doable walk, Quiet location, Hotel clean. Bathroom fine.
    Needs updating, a lot of refurbishment work and new fittings.

    Could be much better
    Location was good. The reception area was clean and tidy, and the concierge was friendly and helpful.
    The rooms require refurbishment. The bedroom was small, the window was small and didnt keep any street noise out. The corridors were dark and need decorating. The breakfast was poor. The bread had mould on it, and the toaster didnt work.
