    Beautiful hotel, friendly and near everything.
    Great location to tbe center. Beautiful big, clean room. Staff were friendly and amazing. The breakfast was lovely and had tasty local food. I will definitely come back here.

    Nice hotel with spacious rooms, very well located.
    Very nice hotel with large rooms and space to park outside. Right in the center of Baden Baden, we could walk to the restaurant. The staff was very nice.

    Overall, for an old property, they did well.
    The staff was friendly and helpful and we understand the breakfast was very good. The room was nice and well appointed. The location, in terms of access, was excellent.
    The location was hard to find, even w/GPS. Ice access was limited and parking, although available was limited and required staff to come out and unlock the gate. It happened to be unusually warm for early October so the absence of air conditioning was an issue. Again, an older property.

    The property is very centrally located and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. We asked for few changes to the room and they were very responsive and assisted with them.
    The room was on the small size for a delux room. The hotel is next to a church that had bells ringing well into 9:30pm which is a bit disruptive if you have small kids trying to sleep

    Lovely hotel, very good value for money and would highly recommend
    Spacious bedroom and bathroom with furniture for two people to relax. The breakfast was great, so much choice with homemade jams and yoghurt. Great location was very picturesque but handy for all amenities
    The only slight disadvantage was a few stairs up to the lift.
