    Best location in the city!
    Property was easy to find, check in was very easy. Excellent staff. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing!

    Pleasant and comfortable for a one night stay.
    The location was good. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. We were given a room close to the lift as my wife is disabled.
    Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was rather small and you had to be careful when passing the wall mounted TV as there was very little room. Better instructions on how to pay for the parking as it was a council run carpark.

    Conventient, comfortable, and reasonably priced.
    Close to the Advent markets, which were our reason for the trip. Convenient parking. Comfortable room. Breakfast included.

    Great place to explore Christmas market from
    Friendly and helpful staff, very convenient location atop the parking garage and amazing views of the castle from the rooftop deck. Breakfast was fabulous.
    Room was a bit shabby, but clean. Bathroom not modern, but clean and functional.

    Location was excellent for the old town and Christmas markets, the parking and lift access was great. Nice breakfast and the staff were fantastic and really helpful

    Amazing views and location, friendly staff
    Great breakfast and location. Room had a balcony with a city view, which we did not expect. Staff was very friendly and helpful- they gave us a map at check in and pointed out things to see, Christmas markets, etc.
    The hotel is on top of a large parking garage- but does not have dedicated parking. I think this would normally be fine, but we checked in during Christmas market season in mid-December (the hotel is super close to a few markets) so we did need to wait a bit to get a space. Just give yourself extra time for parking. And they do give you a discount on parking.
