Very Disappointing.

Nino at registration was very nice. Seven Restaurant staff were very nice.

There was no breakfast as was promised on website. There was no coffee packets in room. The restaurant had a Very Limited menu which was so disappointing. We moved to another hotel the afternoon of the 14th Dec.

Excellent location and staff. Rooftop terrace for breakfast and drinks at night another Strong poin

Breakfast was good. Roof terrace was excellent.

Late night noise from street activity. Cant do much about that. If I go to Palermo on another trip Id try a room off the Main Street.

Exceptional

Liked the Italian feel of the property and loved the old time elevator

Excellent breakfast with outstanding views. Room very nice quiet and clean. Front desk very helpful and friendly but restaurant staff not very friendly but we're efficient
