Loved the city and location

Restaurant food was abysmal on Xmas eve. Head waiter was excellent but was backed by new trainees or so it appeared. Our bottle of wine was served to another table.

The rooms on Krntnerstrae are super noisy.

The location is amazing. Also, it is in an old building so you feel like in old Vienna.

The room doesnt have privacy. It is an en suite room with the next one and we can hear every little step. Also it is on the street and it is super noisy. Get a room on the top floors!!

Excellent place to stay in the center, inspite of its shortcomings. Comfortable

Excellent location, good breakfast, beautiful interior of the first 3 floors. Room( suit) was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, and well insulated. Some of the Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Room furnishing old , and inspite of the numerous drawers and large desk, very spartan.
