Location , nice room, the room service gentleman was very nice and polite

The breakfast, not what we expected, only 1 lady struggling with the egg station.

Pleasant

Good location but outdated and dirty. The only good thing is the breakfast.

The location is great. The people overall are friendly and kind ( especially Viviana from the restaurant). Breakfast is really good.

The hotel is in very poor condition. Old furniture, teared curtains, dirty room ( dust everywhere), the room smells like cheap cleaning products. I don't recommend this hotel unless there are no more options. I'm very disappointed.

The restaurant, the breakfast, the amazing service of the staff allround of the hotel, the view , the location . The location is centered between the zona's and Usaquen.

Good hotel, excellent employees, convenient location

This is probably my 4th time staying at this hotel. The employees and staff members are all great people and super nice. They were able to answer any and all questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.

The hotel is located in a very busy intersection and traffic can get very noisy most of the time. The AC was not working properly but I think that's in every room. And the wifi was not working most of the time.
