    Pleasant, comfortable hotel with lovely reception staff.
    We stayed in a suite which was roomy and comfortable. Shower was excellent. Lovely sea view.
    Breakfast choice was limited compared with the hotels we usually stay in, but what they did have was fine. The promenade outside isn't particularly pleasant (in winter anyway) - bit seedy - but the centre of town is a 15 or 20 minute walk and that's much nicer.

    I hadn't been informed about excessive building work at the venue and surrounding area's. Noise was really bad during the day otherwise hotel was perfect

    Location and staff and cleanness
    Did not get sleep and had to travel to Ireland next day . Building construction going on right next door kept me and my partner away with banging drilling very loud noises foe hours .

    was as expected as have stayed before
    room was not ready by 14.00, unable to get into room until nearer 16.00. Shower blooded bathroom every time used. Not enough coat hangers for 2 travellers for several days stay
    room ready as expected by 14.00. in the evening the bar area can be chaotic and takes a long time to get served. entertainment not very good,

    Top hotel, enjoyable stay.
    Proper 4-star hotel. Lots of relaxing spaces, quality rooms and food. Loved sitting on my balcony looking at the sea.
    Very little to dislike about the property.

    We had a good time
    Breakfast and evening meal were very good. Reasonable choice but plates and food could be warmer. Indoor swimming pool was not busy. It is a reasonable length although not very deep. Room was clean and comfortable
    The location of the room was on the colder side of the hotel and as we were on the 9th floor it was quite windy at times. I would book front or view over pool in future for more sun. I also got bitten several times by mosquitos although I didn't see them so I will bring a lemon bracelet in future.
