Extremely friendly staff, really exceptional breakfast!

Facilities are a bit poor, rooms are small and old..bed was not comfortable.

Exceptional

The kind welcoming we had from the person who worked there made our Christmas trip very special! He explained everything carefully in detail with hospitality, and we even got chocolates, pain dpis and vin chaud & jus de pomme chaud as a welcome sweets. Though it was a bit far from the city center, we thought it was worth it and was a good choice!

Very poor

The room was too small the picture was not like in personal.. we didnt expect the room to be that small.. we do not have space for our things.. they have also rude staffs though they can speak many language..i still find the receptionist rude and unapproachable.. i still have many questions but i dont want to talk anymore because of what she said to me. The location is also far from the center! We were so exhausted going back and forth. Thank god there is bus station nearby, but we had to find atm machine because you need to pay cash with every bus trip.. the only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast buffet.
