The location is amazing we had a room overlooking the beach

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions, its not too far from the airport the location is amazing and the food is good quality too

Could have been way better

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff are fab, and the view from the room is beautiful to wake up to. Requested a pool view room closer to the beach before arriving, and this was accommodated. The bar staff were nice and also the room cleaning staff !!

The restaurant staff are appalling, only come to the table once to take a drink order, can't speak English (appearently) don't tell you to pay for water thats brought to your table even though they take ur room number! (So it's assuming it's charged to your room) Then they hunt you down next time you're in there telling you that you haven't paid for your water ( they stand around looking and pointing at you, very embarrassing) Also when queuing for breakfast (particularly the omelette section) people are just allowed to skip the queue if they are known to the server ... seemed like alot of family or friends of the hotel staff eating there. The restaurant staff let this hotel down. When i complained about feeling uncomfortable over the pointing and talking about us over the water incident, they refused to take my plate but took my husbands and daughters plates, we made a point of piling more plates on top of mine and she passed about 10 times looking at the plates but would not take them ... After 30 minutes we put them on a table beside us and she then removed them thinking they were someone else's. Never been treated so rudly ever !!!!!!!!

Disappointing

Not a 4* hotel

The only thing to considerate as a 4 star hotel is the location. Was good, right on the beach cliff and close to the town.

We did not feel good here. It was a nightmare! Extremely dirty toilets, dirty walls and floors. in the rooms. Don't even bother to open the fridge it's disgusting. In the first night we realized the door from the balcony couldn't be closed. After long discussions, pretending that they don't understand us in English, we changed 3 rooms. I was surprised to see that it was not just a room not well cleaned. Different strange smell from bathrooms, everywhere. The manager had a wrong attitude as well, which made it even worse for their image. Anyway, the entire hotel must go in a restoration- including the staff, to deserve the claimed stars. Till then, I would not recommend this hotel.
