The rooms, the excellent customer service from all the members of staff. We enjoyed the food which was superb .The Hotel was very nice and superbly maintained and decorated to the highest order. We'll be back.
The front of the Hotel was very icy, could have done with some grit.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast with lots to choose from. Clean, warm and spacious rooms.
It's on a main road which is great for the ski bus and lift, but bit noisy at night, so you have to keep the windows shut. Not a major issue.

Great location just next to Kappl Lift. Rooms are very good, large enough with nice balcony.
Breakfast was perfect with lots of choice. Hotel staff were very friendly.
There is a free car parking space. Its around 10mins away from Ischgl.

Astonishing accommodation
The staff was amazing, always smiling and ready to help. We needed a humidifier and they were very nice and brought one in our room for free. Very good food and quality ingredients. They also had a small tasty lunch surprise.
Overall, it was an excellent accommodation and we want to go back, for sure.

The hotel was located right next to the cable car, which was great and convenient for us. The breakfast was diverse and very delicious. The hotel had an excellent restaurant and very friendly and helpful staff. The comfortable wellness area was available every day. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and equipment of the room, which was above standard. Overall, we were very satisfied with our entire stay and would definitely use it again if we come back to this area.
