    Rude customer service and extra fees being paid for services that is clearly mentioned its free of charge in the booking policy. Old facilities missing basics like the ability to turn on the AC or a proper room ventilation

    Toplocation, +/- 10 minutes from town. Never had breakfast there, but more than enough possibilities nearby. Garage is right under the hotel, and we paid 15 euro per night for 2 motorbikes. No hassles, friendly people.;-)

    Old hotel without any facility in the room but it's clea. Mtay was ok but it's not a 3 starts hotel
    Big room with enough of space
    The air conditioner was very noisy. There was no coffee machine in the room, no fridge nothing. Very old hotel and need some improvement

    Felt the 3 star rating was a bit of a push. Hospitality niceties were missing
    On the edge of the old city. Easy bus ride to train station. Great bathroom.
    Avoid room on the courtyardvery noisy late into the evening. They dont have umbrellas for guests. They couldnt make change and dont do any foreign exchange.

    Great place to stay
    Convenient location, clean, comfortable, good price, very quiet even though our room was next to the elevator. Restaurant/cafe on site. Convenient parking under the hotel for 14 Euros. They let us keep our car there after we checked out with no charge. Very nice. Friendly staff and waiter.
