Nice and quiet.

The rom and location was very good. A bit of a climb up and down to the beach but a lovely walk. Very clean and the lady in house keeping was very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay, despite the problems encountered.

Very nice and helpful receptionist. Room good size,comfortable, fridge snd safe in the room. We requested a kettle to make drinks and the receptionist kindly brought us one. Swimming pool was nice and safe. It was open whilst we were there in October and we could use it. It was very quiet at night, so we had a good night's sleep. The room was cleaned daily with change of towels.

Unfortunately, the location let it down. You definitely need a car if you want to go to the beach or town. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, but had a sign on it saying buses wont stop there as they can't turn around. We waited for the bus but it never arrived. It was the Nerja Fair whilst we were there, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately for holiday makers, the Spanish take a holiday during this particular week, which meant after the first day the receptionist went on holiday, nobody covered for her so we were given a telephone number in case of emergency. The cafe attached to the pool, closed for the week as they took a holiday. If you wanted a morning coffee, breakfast, snack or meal, you had to get in the car and drive to town. As the cafe was closed we were not able to use sunbeds by the swimming pool, and there would have been a 4 euro charge each to use them if available, which should be free in a hotel.
