    We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and return to the property. Great for kids . Staff was very pleasant
    Adorable hotel .Smaller more intimate ,cozy cabin-like hotel . The kids play area was a lot of fun for our little one and the breakfast in the mornings was nice. Rooms are furnished nicely and are very clean
    The beds were uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin caused back ache in the morning. Close neighbors. Could hear people across from us talking. Also unpleasant smell (musty) when first entering the downstairs part of the apartment. Not a huge issue

    We fell in love with this hotel. Our wooden house was large and bright. We would love to return next year. I went with the family and on the last day they left us a little detail at the door that we loved!! Spectacular service, very friendly and very professional, a 10/10!! And let's not forget the food, incredibly delicious.

    Amazing hotel. Location is great. I really like breakfast here. The hotel staff is friendly and pleasant. The hotel is incredibly clean, clean rooms. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to come to Zakopane. Really good quality and price. Breakfasts were nutritious and tasty, very comfortable before a walk to Tatra Mountains. Thank you so much!
    I liked everything, but I dont like pillows. There are too soft and uncomfortable. Perhaps it needs to be renewed. But decor and interior of rooms amazing Zakopane style. I really enjoyed.

    Location, friendly and helpful staff Breakfast OK, good selection. Clean rooms, play area (for kids) downstairs, still some of the things like snooker or table football still chargeable.
    No coffee table / chair in our room. There's a desk with chair upstairs. Kettle, but nowhere to plug apart from bathroom socket or next to bed/night lamp. There's no tea bags / coffee (at least one?) Coffee served at breakfast is terrible. Please do sth about it. It's just brown water. Lack of parking space especially evening time like 9pm.

    The hotel is very nice, in the room was enough space for 3 people. The breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m., which is fine.
    Breakfast was little limited. I would appreciate more options to choose, also there were no lactose free possibilities. Hotel is located around 25 minutes by walk from the main city center, which was ok, but you have to walk next to the main road, which is not very pleasant. What we really didnt like is, that is the hotel there is no bar, and also there is no possibility to sit with friends and chat, or to go to a lounge room and play games after 10 p.m. Everything was closed and locked. So there is no place to sit, talk and play games after you put kids asleep.

    The place is really beautiful and well kept. It's cosy and you feel at home rather fast. The staff speaks English so it's easy to communicate. It takes 20 min walking to get to the city center. So you can leave your car at the hotel and later walk around the city. They have a recreation room with a pool and foosball tables. Though I was disappointed that it's all paid extra. There are some free kids zones if you would like to get your children entertained.
    The breakfast was pretty average. Standard variety of products. A very small collection of bread which was not tasty. The coffee machine was preparing a really bad cappuccino, I hardly finished it. There was no free drinking water available for guests. If you want water, you have to buy it in the machine with snacks.
