Superb

Great clean hotel

Overall, our stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions. The impeccable cleaning standards and friendly staff made us feel welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the fast WiFi was a great convenience. But we couldn't help but notice that the furniture seemed a bit tired. A refresh in that department would make this place truly outstanding!

Sound proof is not present in the hotel. You will here each move on the corridor/at the next room, especially in the morning during cleaning time. So better to have ear plugs prepared.

Amazing view from the room but a bit noisy

The location is great, just out of the hotel door is the underground station. We had a problem in our first room and we were upgraded to a room with an amazing view

The sound isolation is very bad. I could hear all the elevator and corridor noise

Stuff instead of saying they cannot resolve technical problems because the technician is not available during the night keeps telling me someone will come back to us to fix so instead of sleeping we were sitting and waiting.

Disappointing

Everything was excellent, except of sound protection. It was so awful that ruined all our experience. It was not possible to sleep because of people shouting at the street during all night. May be it was due to the deformed rubber in the window, that does not allow to close window tightly, or may be because of thin walls in general. Thank's to the personal - they changed our room to the one that was a bit quieter, but of a lower rank. It gave us a couple of hours to sleep.

All in all, a good stay.

Our room was pretty good, with enough space and with a city view. We expected to be louder outside, but it did not disturbed us and we could sleep normally. Breakfast is very good with enough options to choose. Guests should include it, good value for money. Rooftop bar and city view is very nice, should be checked - 10th floor.

Although the bathroom is comfy, we had a problem calibrating the hot water in the shower. It happened every single time : you can literally spend like 10 minutes in the shower trying to calibrate and get the hot water and it is not like there is not hot water at all- there is, but the faucet is obviously broken and should be changed.
