    Enjoyable and comfortable.
    Fantastic views over Palermo. Good sized room with usual facilities. Bath and shower which was nice. Balcony. Reserved parking. Good reasonably priced restaurant. Shuttle bus to city centre. Swimming pool and gym available although we didn't use these.
    The hotel is a fair way outside the city centre which has its advantages but the taxi fare from the city centre is quite expensive and the roads upto the hotel are narrow and twisting if you are driving. Not a criticism of the hotel but be aware if you are booking.

    Spacious rooms, the views, food is tops. And that i park our motorbikes in the garage. This was my 8th time visiting and always stayed at Bel 3
    Mostly the rooms facing on top of palermo so beautiful especially at night

    A comfortable hillside retreat a short distance from Palermo
    Very good facilities. Appreciated that the swimming pools were open at the end of October. Great views over the city. Shuttle to city or beach efficient, as was pick up from airport (much cheaper than a taxi). We enjoyed the restaurant. We found the breakfast very good - enjoyed eating it on terrace. Unusual not to have self service but we found this quite a professional approach - all the food was really fresh. Room very comfortable and clean with great balcony with views over city and sea.
    We enjoy an after dinner stroll but the hillside location makes this impractical because of narrow road and traffic - but on the other hand the location was very refreshing after a day in the busy city of Palermo.

    Perfect location out of Palermo
    The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was stunning . The staff were extremely polite and friendly. I would rate this as 4 * rather than 3* so many facilities. The restaurant had a varied menu and the food delicious.?
    Not really a complaint but thought the car park charges were unnecessary as there was no other option for parking and felt the charges should be included in the room price.
