    Never had such a bad experience with hotel staff, absolutely unwilling to help us in a difficult situation, terrible language skills apart from this, the 4 stars do not correspond with what the hotel actually offers, including bad wellness, old furniture, and overpriced parking.

    Very good buffet for both breakfast and diner
    Cold first night (solved immediately by staff), too much noise all the time : people drunk speaking at any time between rooms or children playing outside the rooms in the morning!

    Hotel was very close to centre of city Zakopane. Breakfast was amazing. We have dinner in their all carte restaurant and was very good. Staff was very helpfull. Room was good.
    Hotel hot tube was small, water in the pool was cold. Furniture looks very old. Parking space was payatable.

    cozy, nice and organized, beautiful scenery and nice spa. tasty breakfast and also the dinning restaurant at the top of the hotel. They also borrowed us a thermometer when I caught the cold.
    The door card got disabled every second time and we could get into our room and had to ask for replacement at the reception every single time. The staff looks to be very cold when in contact with them and one has a feeling that we are bothering them

    Very comfy room, very nice staff, good food, great view from the terrace.
    Pool and sauna as well as gym is free of charge. The rest of the attractions(squash, bollards, bowling) are paid the hotel parking as well. I did not know ahead.

    I was so stunned I had to ask the reception how it comes this hotel isnt a 5 star hotel. -Well, we dont have AC - its not necessary for this hotel. The ventilation was good enough and the room temperature was just perfect. Would definitely recommend! We had an amazing stay here.
