Interlaken can easily reached by bus. You can get the free pass at the reception of the Berghof Amaranth.You can park your car for free on site and make use of free Wi-Fi internet access.

    wonderful experience, will definitely go back!
    The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room with the view of Alps mountain is amazing. The super delicious breakfast in the cozy canteen makes it even outstanding. I'll highly recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to go back soon!

    A very cozy and homey place to stay!
    The breakfast is amazing, the location of the hotel as well as the staff were pretty good. The location was what made us booked the hotel. Just a little outside of Wilderswil - if you dont have a car you can walk towards the station that will bring you to major destinations like Grindelwald or Interlaken Ost.
    The hotel is pretty much just a room, with no toiletries ie shampoo, toothbrush or toothpaste. No water bottle as well, I guess one can drink the tap water. The floor a bit crackity so can be a little load if you stomp the floor while walking

    Helpful and supportive staff. Peaceful natural location. Good if you drive by car
    BUILDING - Very old building. Poorly insulated for noice and temperature. You can hear all the movements in room above and beside yours. So difficult to sleep. COMFORT - Not so comfortable mattress with springs making noise when you move. Pillows and blankets were also not good enough. CLEANLINESS - Towels were missing in the room. Found some hairs on bed. Bathroom has very small plastic soap pouches. That's it with toiletries. BREAKFAST - ONLY ONE PERSON was doing everything; cooking, bringing out food items, answering questions and probably cleaning tables. Most food items were empty and were not replaced. All tables were left uncleaned after breakfast. Literally all used plates and food were lying on tables and no one was clearing it out so that others can use those tables. I hope and believe this was not a regular case and it was like this because of staff shortage during Christmas holidays.

    excellent place to stay, extremely kind receptionist, breakfast excellent, the room very nice (as I received an upgrade), the view fantastic, facilities are in very good condition, although it is true a little bit oldfashioned (i.e. not new), but in a very good condition.
    the shower dispenser impossible to use once you have your hand plenty of soap, the soap/shower bath/shampoo holder in the shower, everything falls out.
