    Hotel is all right but the plates in resturant were disgustingly unclean!

    The plates and cutlerys were disgustingly unclean. This is a major hygiene issue!

    The view of the ocean was awesome. The variety of food in breakfast and dinner was good.
    The noise of the ocean was very laud and annoying, and the windows were not proper for filtering it. The room air conditioner was central, and they set it to heater according to the season, so there were no way to have fresh and cold air! They suggested that we have to open the balcony door to have it! The staff mostly couldn't understand English. Wifi speed was too low. Watching a video was a suffer. We asked them to check it, so they sent us a technician who couldn't understand English and he showed us the internet antenna to prove to us that the speed is good!

    The hotel staff make the difference in Hotel Miramis!
    Awesome amenities and SUPER helpful and understanding staff!
    We had internet issues but the staff were swift to help and offer another room.

    The view was an amazing. Room was very decent and housekeeper Maria Jose was outstanding. "Give her a good raise" . She was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast was mediocore.
    Would be better if there was bath rope and coffee kettle in the room. Having to pay 3 euros per day for a kettle in 5 star hotel is ridiculous.

    The staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough to help. Always very pleasant and helpful. Perfect location with beautiful views.
    The only complaint is lack of smoking area's.
