Good

It was kind of enjoyable and we had an acceptable stay.

It was fun for the kids, with a decent swimming pool and slides.

It got too busy at times and it could accommodate non Spanish guests better.

Basic.

Location is excellent, the hotel is very close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants, wheelchair and buggy friendly. The pool has slides and fun fountains for children and plenty of sun-beds. Entertainment every evening for children from 9:30 on a little stage. The room is extremely basic and cleaned daily with fresh towels and basic amenities.

The staff have zero customer service training, unwelcoming, unhelpful and generally unhappy. Service and overall quality of the hotel is extremely basic. We stayed on the ground floor and the pipe directly outside of our room had burst and unfortunately the smell of urine was unbearable. Cleaners worked hard to cover the smell with air fresheners and chemicals but it was bad and many people where complaining. Car park was ridiculously steep and the key card did not work, i constantly had to get out of the car and tap it and run back to move the car through the barrier fast!
