    Very friendly and helpful staff. Susana helped with some great recommendations since we were traveling with kids. Hotel is clean. Good breakfast. Location great for walking to city attractions and restaurants
    Entrance is on different floor than lobby which isn't obvious for first time visitors. Missing some amenities like hair dryer.

    Location is perfect, and it's a nice hotel
    For unknown reason they don't have AC - like at all. Alright I get it, Bogota is not the hottest place on the earth, but it is getting kinda warm during the day with sun

    No wifi, no network in the room. I had to work by the lobby or the bar :(

    It did the job, but it could maybe have done the job better.
    The location is close to everything you probably want for a weekend stay, attractions and restaurants.
    It was noisier than I expected - bring your ear plugs! Also, the breakfast was way overpriced for what they offered.
