Wouldnt stay there again.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice view of mount Teide.

The man in charge of the dining room was a jobsworth & clearly took great delight in slapping a bill for drinks down on guests tables. There had been NO mention of half board guests having to pay for drinks when we checked in. His manner was rude & confrontational. 6 for two small glasses of coke! So much noise at night from other guests, people outside, & the loud music from the bar opposite. The food was a bit hit & miss. Freezing cold pool.

Amazing the views are beautiful mountain and sea

The staff were very friendly and helpful.the hotelis beautiful very clean we had a great all inclusive holiday and are coming back in January 2024 for my mums 60th to this hotel

The staff were friendly, location and pool are nice.

When checking in we were told very little and had to figure things out as the week went by such as renting pool towels was possible, or that there is a shuttle service to the town, from speaking to other guest this was the same for everyone. The food was very basic and not very appealing. There was also confusion as the pool bar did not open the first 2 days we stayed and the bar in the hotel is very dark and quiet dreary. The aircon in our room was not working and we reported it everyday and were told someone would look every day.

The food in the restaurant was awful, my room was on the ground floor facing the entrance to another hotel, so shuttle transfers beeping outside your window every 1-2 hours, the cleaners would just walk into your room with there own key card absolutely despicable

Not worth the money worst hotel Ive been to.

The room was big but one due to the fact they had to put us in a room for 3 when we were 2. The room for 2 is NOT what they advertised it to be!

The all inclusive didnt make sense you have to pay 1 euro deposit for a cup and there were bed bugs in the room. The staff werent really helpful. The food selection was horrible it was the same every day! Really not worth it and the all inclusive cocktails was in the opposite hotel with a very slim selection.

The fact you could use all 3 hotels as where I was staying

The hot food was diabolical, entertainment was awful, blaring music by the pool all day, sunbeds absolutely everywhere you had to manoeuvre around them.

Good value for the price, be prepared that food is EU style made, if you are going for Spanish don't

Big pool, view, time schedule for food services. Variety of food is sufficient each day, but not Spanish specifics, everything tastes the same.

British visitors (not this hotel specific). Somehow I feel like some people need a brochure how to behave around others. All inclusive doesn't mean "trash the food". Be as clean as you want your environment to be. Smoking all around the place.

Pleasant.

We were on b and b board. Breakfast was ok. The fruit juice was really synthetic an unnatural, and quite revolting. However there was a reasonable breakfast buffet. My room and location was great, though the area is very relaxed with some good restaurants there are a lot of touristy shops selling rubbish. Unfortunately loud music was played till 11pm at several locations nearby, including this hotel. The free shuttle to and from the town was great. The cleaning stafv work very hard and do a great job.

There are a lot of touristy shops nearby, and loud music till 11pm at this and two other hotels. Breakfast was ok but the fruit juice was horrible. There are some tiny beaches in the town, but they ate all pretty stoney. So a beach holiday, this is not.
