    The staff was very polite! Very clean! The room was very pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Perfect location, right in front of Porta Nuova train station. We got complimentary coffee in the morning.

    The location of the hotel is great. The train station is on the other side of the road. The bus stop to the airport a short walking distance too. The room was comfortable, exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly.

    Helpful, kind staff; we asked for a room with bathtub and did their best to accommodate us; the location (next to the train and metro station Porta Nuova); the cleanliness;24 hours reception.
    The room was facing the street, which can be annoying for some sensitive to noises (for us was totally fine). No breakfast. Price-value on the higher end, but all in all a pleasant stay

    Great location amd excellent staff!
    The location is spectacular. Right in the center of town, close to everything! Best area to visit the main areas of the city. The Staff is phenomenal. Chiara and Benedicta are amazing people and super nice. They helped us with all the things we needed.
