    Make sure the elevator is working.
    The breakfast was good. Rooms are well appointed.
    The elevator was out of order. We were not informed this prior to arrival or even at arrival until we had made payment. Lugging luggage up four flights was not cool. After contacting Booking we were moved to a first floor room.

    Met expectations, wonderful staff, great location.
    Staff were great and accommodated an early check in. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel overall was exactly what we were looking for.
    Beds were a little hard and the rooms were a little noisy from noise inside the hotel and outside

    The perfect stay
    We upgraded our room on arrival to the Royal Suite - the best and nicest room I have ever stayed in anywhere. The staff even visited the room on an evening whilst we were out and drew the curtains. Exceptional care and attention to detail.

    Pleasant but could have been better
    The staff were fantastic, particularly the people at the front desk. The location was great at only 3 min walk to Charles bridge. The rooms are a decent size and the shower was amazing.
    When we first went up to the room our door was open, it wouldnt close or lock so I called to reception and ten minutes later a work man showed up and proceeded to take the door off the hinges in front of us. The man was using electric drills and tools for about 30 mins, and went to leave but when I tested the door it still wouldnt lock. He eventually done a job on it but we didnt feel fully comfortable leaving our stuff in the room incase it opened again. The door thing wouldnt turn me off a hotel but I wish they wouldve just offered a similar room instead, as I would have felt safer. Also the room was extremely dusty. There was dust all over the skirting boards.
