Clean room and bathroom. Location was good too.
This is simply not a 4 stars hotel. The room was very simple (also no ambiance) and did not look like the photos. There were also a lot of holes in the sheets of the bed to the extent that we found it unacceptable for a hotel to still use. Pillows were quite uncomfortable (just no stuffing at all). For breakfast you need to pay an additional 19 eur per person! We declined as we thought this was too much in addition of what we had already paid for the room and did not get the impression the breakfast would be that great. The hotel is ok, but overrated and overpriced.

We liked the bathroom and the heating of the room. The staff were kind. They provided a kettle for us.
We did not like the bed and pillows. It was two separate beds. They stuck the beds together. Not comfortable for couples. The pillow was high. My neck got hurt.

Very close to a train station and tram lines making it convenient to get to Schonbrunn Castle, the city centre, and the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and roomy. It had a mini fridge and a security box. The hotel had a restaurant on site. Reception 24 hours. I was able to store my luggage until check-in time. It was absolutely lovely and I highly recommend a stay.!
I usually prefer to stay closer to the city centre, but it was an easy commute and much, much more affordable!

The walls in the room looks a little bit old and not perfectly clean, but it is ok for me.
The floor is mainly wood and some scratch can be seen.
The radiator is a modern type that detects room temperature, but it turns off the water flow when the pre-set temperature is reached, and does not turn on automatically when the temperature drops again.
