    The location was perfect, the house keeper and room service were v good
    The bell boy was awaful he forgot one of the bags in the room although the room was very small you can't miss a bag, my room was very small.. We would almost going to lose our train because he couldn't secure a good taxi..the concerige aka reception were not that professional you have to return and ask if they fullfil your request other than that they won't inform you with outcome of your request.. It's the most expensive hotel in salzborge however not up to this Standerd
