The TV in my room worked but didnt get any channels. I informed the front desk after my first night but it didnt get fixed.

Id be willing to give it another try. I come to SLO quite often.

I liked the location and the staff

The bed had a spider in it and the desk, heater and night stand were dusty like the room hadnt been used in or cleaned in a while. The newly renovated pool & hot tub (why I booked this hotel) werent working. Huge Bummer

Superb

A friendly, clean value with great Mountain Views

Lovely front staff. Clean room with plenty of space and nice pool view. Soaking in the spa under the stars while the wind blew through the palm leaves was magical!

No bottled water. Breakfast was packaged doughy pastries and coffee was weak.

I dont recommend that hotel

My weekend was terrible I never thought that the room 109 was nasty sorry for the word but its true. All the set of sheet was stained and cover pillows was dirty. Bad service and that hotel never changed of blanket. I called the front desk respect of the room. She told me I pick-up of sheet. Because they didnt have the service for changed the sheets. We did the changed the blankets and sheet. So the hotel is a very bad conditions. I dont recommend there and they never told me. A refund for this
