    11/10! Nice personal staff, awesome room for 4 people and exquisit decoration
    We are very happy with our stay! The whole stay was even better than expected! The receptionist was very kind with us and made an excellent check-in. We were 4 girls, and the king room was perfect size for all 4 inlcuing our luggages. The beds very very comfortable. The toilet was big and good. I would just improve a bit the light for a proper makeup, but that is a 11/10!

    The hotel is located 10 meters (yes, ten meters) away from the Garibaldi (main) square Parking garages are 7-10 minutes walk away max There is a kids' playing area near the lobby - a pleasant surprise !
    - no kettle, cups, or tea in the rooms and nobody to ask for them in the bar - rooms facing the courtyead are noisy to the point that one cannot open the windows at night because of some kind of motors working - rooms are quite tired - by all means the hotel is practically best accessible on foot

    Great central hotel in the upmarket city of Parma
    Excellent central location, for this to be recommended hotel. Large very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast.
    Not the cheapest, but it was a holiday period and as such value for money.

    Pretty much everything - a better room and service than we have had at every four star we have stayed at this trip
    A bit stiff in terms of presentation and demeanour, but thats a fairly minor thing!

    Comfort in the middle of Parma
    Very friendly, helpful service. The location is the best. Hotel Button is right in the middle of everything with an easy walk to great restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the atmosphere is charming.

    Communication prior and during arrival was excellent, very informative and thorough. The property was extremely clean and the bed was amazing! Location was perfect, highly recommend Hotel Button.
    No tea and coffee making facility in the room.

    Everything! It was charming, eclectic and cool. Location was great and when we asked the front desk for dinner recommendations, she offered to make reservations for us. It was excellent!
