    The prefect location with exceptional staff
    We have friends in Mandelieu with a boat, so the waterside pick up was perfect start and finish to the day. Loved the relaxed feel to the hotel. Our second visit and it won't be the last.

    The staff is not helpful. They are bored everytime you are asking simple question. When you pay this price you expect a lot more.

    For more than twenty years we return to this house of quality. Since the refurbishment two years ago by the new owners it only improved.
    There is a construction site just next door. Hopefully next season finished.

    Cute and quirky boutique hotel, excellent location, brush up on your French before staying there as staff speak little E
    The design and decor; the silent air conditioning - never experienced such silent a/c in any hotel; very comfortable beds. Empty fridge to store our own drinks. The freshly squeezed juice at breakfast was excellent.
    The younger staff were clueless. Couldnt even give me details of the ferry to the islands - the main attraction in the area. They clearly looked like they were just doing a summer job and hating it. They dont seem to cater for English-speaking visitors as their standard of English was worse than my French, which is saying something. The older staff were more switched on and thus gave excellent service. The food at lunch was rather poor quality for the price. Can improve on that a lot.

    Room size is good River view room could be noisy as straight on the bar / Restaurant Anti- Mosquito measures could have been there! Breakfast is limited and same stuff everyday , however, fresh juice is lovely Location is good for riverside walks
    More English language is needed for staff Kind manager, he has kindly gave a free upgrade Limited breakfast Mosquito bites

    The swimming pool and the young guy behind the reception was kind!
    At arrive the employee gave us no information at all. The room had a bad smell. We asked for her to check the room but she was too busy. We did get a new room. The staff almost didnt speak English and was not friendly. There was loud music until late. They are really nice to the influencers and not to the regular guests. The influencers were aloud to order food for there children at the swimming pool and the regular guests were told that it was not possible to order food. Next to that, the menu at the restaurant is really expensive. There a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast was ok!
