    I dont feel customer service is a priority for this hotel. One desk person provided very good service when I checked in. But the others usually ignored me.

    Nice location at the edge of the city center so it's quiet. Safe paid parking.
    We could park in their closed garage for 15 a day which was reasonable. It also meant we didn't have to drive through the tight streets inside the city center. We stayed 3 nights. The location of the hotel is perfect, with wonderful views of the valley and river across the street. Very friendly reception staff.
    No tea and coffee in the room. At breakfast, the bacon and eggs ran out when we came at 9.30am and when we asked for eggs, we were told it was finished.

    This is a lovely small hotel. It has a homely feel. So good to have a bath too. The location is perfect, especially if y
    Its small and friendly. East to find. Refrigerator in room. Very week appointed.
    Earlier in the night our room was a little noisy because we were close to the lobby and people were arriving. But it settled quickly and we slept well.
