    Go here for the location only.
    The property is right at em entrance of the old city. Very easy to reach any location. The view from the dining room. Decent breakfast There is no other deserving accolades. The staff was very pleasant.
    Its an old building Facility- No frills here. The single bedroom can be described as a monks cell. It had Outdated lighting and the bathroom had a terrible mildew problem and odor.

    Good location for New Years Eve and the fireworks.
    Location was perfect for New Years Eve Has a roof top terrace which was great for viewing the city Beds were comfortable
    No tea/coffee making facilities. Economy room on the side of the building so no view . Breakfast staff were miserable and breakfast was not good. Cheese ran out around 09:15 ask for some more. Staff said it was coming and never did. Juice ran out and wasnt refilled until 09:50 and breakfast finished at 10:00. Not one greeting of good morning or happy new year. The only person remotely friendly was the receptionist. He was very welcoming on arrival and departure.

    Great location, excellent staff and cheap
    Location was excellent and thwe staff very friendly. The room wasn't massive, but it was cheap. Views from the breakfast room terrace are amazing. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is a brilliant base to explore Valleta.
    nothing. this is the second time I have stayed and I will stay again

    Excellent location and great for a basic hotel
    Breakfast was good and the restaurant is at the top of the hotel with a great view. On a lovely day you could sit out on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery even more!
    Facilities are very basic and I don't think the 21st Century has quite arrived! The booking system was by hand and you get a big bulky key rather than a card for your room. The rooms themselves are clean but basic.

    nice building in a good location, but needs a restyling
    location is excellent, easy to move on foot to reach most places in valletta. Staff was also kind and polite. The building is very nice but it needs a renovation.
    The bathroom in the room is very narrow. It is impossible to stay with the door closed. Not exactly clean, the shower (actually a bath tube) had a tent which felt down, thus everything in the bathroom was wet.

    I think that the sponges/or cloths being used to clean the bathroom need to be changed. They left an odor behind The heating did not seem to work well The construction next door started way too early in the morning

    We love the hotel in spite of its frustrating shortcomings. We would stay there again but they really need to modernise
    The location was superb. A lovely old building in the centre, overlooking the harbour. Cafes etc were within easy walking distance. Bus too was only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was very good.
    The bathroom was very small & needs updating. The water pressure was non existent. It took several minutes for hot water to flow through the taps & shower. The shower curtain was inadequate. It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The beds & bedding had seen better days - the blankets were very shabby.

    Location is great, on Castile Square. Old Maltese building, very nice.
    Room servicing was erratic - tea/coffee not replenished, cups sometimes not washed, number of towels varied almost daily.
