    Breakfast poor and close at 10.00 We been 9.40 and was missing a lot of things from buffet We ask the lady and she answer that they will close soon and was better come earlier !!! One of the two elevators never work

    Hotel in a central location with reasonable price after recent inflation
    Very nice location with a great resturant. The cafe is a must visit even if you are not staying in the hotel. The staffs are very welcoming.
    Buffet breakfast is a bit limited for 19 euros with less options in sweet items. The bathroom flush was a bit problematic. The room could get very hot on some nights whereas you cannot control the heat.

    Cozy stay in the central part of Innsbruck
    There is a perfect breakfast, especially English breakfast, Hearty breakfast and coffee Melanzhe. The location is absolutely perfect. I was pleased with the shoe horn and hand cream.
    The size of room was too small for my son and me It was possible to go to the window only one by one. Sadly there wasn't a kettle.

    No English language tv stations. Asked at reception and was told to check the in room information file.
