    Staff were very kind and helpful and the location was excellent.
    Room was good, Location excellent. Didnt have breakfast.
    You were wakened in the morning with people making a noise passing our door for breakfast.

    Location, simpaty of staff
    Breakfast under expectation for a 4 star hotel. Open air areas inside the hotel mandatory to pass when going in/out when the temperature was under 10C. It is not expectable that you have to wear an heavy coat when circulating inside a 4 star hotel.

    Liked the classic design and Spanish charm. Appreciated the triple, son had his own space, excellent layout. Also liked the communal spaces to have wine and outside snacks. Very pleasant. Great rooms!

    It is a pretty hotel in the center of the city. The breakfast was good. Everything was clean. If you are lucky with a room you will enjoy your stay.
    Unfortunately, our room was too small, had no window to the street, only to the hallway, and it was too hot even though it was in December. Also, the bed was about 120 cm long, which was too small for two people. So we had to sleep with an open to the hallway window. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and tried to help, but the hotel was full so they were only able to give us a bigger and nicer room only next day.
