Location
There is nothing about hotel, overpriced very old decor, needs an upgrades, noisey floors, doors, and lots of roof damage visible in the room, damaged tiles and sink in bathroom, stairs in room very dangerous I bust my food on rim of stairs.

great location. excellent quality room and pet friendly is a bonus.
buffet breakfast was ordinary on a par with Premium Inn for example, if not poorer.
Additional payment for parking is excessive.

Disappointing
This should not be a 4 star hotel, I expected more for the 219 I was charged
The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean and the location and general ambiance was good
The fact that not only had the parking to be paid for but the hotel reception could not accept the payment, I had to stand outside and try to download an app. I gave up and parked in the street. The reception area, stairs and lounge were dirty. The room was clean but decor was very tired. It was overpriced for what it was, if the web site had mentioned lack of parking I would have booked somewhere else.

Lovely bar and reception area. Rooms were small but comfy. Staff were friendly and welcoming
Restaurant only available for breakfast....plenty nice wating places on the area though.
Breakfast was mediocre, at best. No staff on duty, ran out of bread and had to go to reception to requeat. Limited choice at breakfast.
