    This was our second time staying at Hotel Costa. We even stayed at the same room as last time :) The service is still at high level. Definitely would recommend the place to anyone who wants to stay in Bari for a few days. The staff is friendly and always smiling and happy to help (they even remembered us from our previous stay). The room itself is cozy, cleaned every single day and it has all you need for your stay (toiletries, towels, hangers, AC, big closet etc.). The location is super convenient - close to the central bus and train station as well as to the main shopping street of Bari. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

    Location is convenient esp. if you made day trips.
    Location is very central and walking distance to Bari Centrale. Eateries are 1 to 2 mins walk away and supermaket is about three doors down the hotel. The room is quiet, comfortable and clean.
    No shampoo.

    -Decent size room -Comfortable beds -Location is good, very close to the train station (and close to Airport bus station) -AC in the room -Big terrace with city views -Room was clean, seemed recently renovated -Hotel staff let us leave the luggage at the hotel so we could enjoy the sights after check out -24/7 reception service -Good value for money
    -No minibar/mini fridge - this should be a must! -Area can look a bit rough (especially at night), however we never had any problems -Wifi had a lot of downs -Very thin walls and no soundproofing, you can hear everything from the outside and the hallway -Bathroom is extremely small, the shower does not fit a bigger person and there is no place to hang the towels or clothes -Only 1 electrical socket available in the room - not enough for 2 people -TV was very small -The elevator is quite dated
