Great staff, impressive breakfast and great value for the price

To start with, Alex was phenomenally helpful--and nice! We learned a lot about the area from him. I would not say that the location is central, more located near the central part of the city. The breakfast, as mentioned by many, was very good with many options and good spacing between tables. The cleaning staff was very friendly (we left in a hurry and unfortunately I forgot to leave them a gratuity).

There was nothng that we did not like.

So so so bad.

I was struggled in elevator between floor 3 and floor 4 for more than 20 minutes!!!!!!!!!! And when I call for reception, she is so rude and not patient for me. And she made me annoyed and fearful! I didnt know how many times I need to be stucked in elevator. I was afraid that I will used up all the oxygen in the elevator. However, when I went to the reception desk,she said very justifiably that I should not be afraid, they would fix it, my fear was completely unnecessary????? What a pity!!! Her attitude is so bad!

The room was very spacious and clean. The lightings were perfect Staff very friendly. Bathroom was very good. Location in the middle of the Spanish steps area Good restaurant around For a three star hotel from a seasoned traveller for over half a century, the value of the money exceed its rating of *** three stars. I will happily give it 11/10 and 3.5 rating.

The reception was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Coffee and tee in the room.

The stuff at breakfast. And the breakfast service in general. There was no lock for the toilets door. The shower was dangerous. It turned too hot every 2 seconds, I burnt myself.
