    Good location, nice staff, good Wifi.
    No parking, it was difficult to find a spot even in low season, the paid parking places are too far to carry luggage. While there is nothing wrong with the room itself, the price I paid was very high for an ordinary room. Below average breakfast, the stale baguette pieces were as hard as a brick.

    Awesome stay! Beautiful views from the rooms. Parking available in front of hotel.
    Th e staff and facilities exceeded our expectations! Romona was outstanding and went above and beyond. She actually called the police station for us to see if our USA handicap car placard would be acceptable and it was. Superb customer service and excellent breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms and facilities. Close to the city centre
    Beds were very hard.

    Good location within a distance walk to San Gimignano, and the staff very helpful especially with the parking. The hotel has an elevator. Nice breakfast
    Parking can be a problem but the staff will help you with this so no big issue
